February || 2018

Can you believe spring is almost here?!?! I am SO ready for warmer weather! Who's with me? Below are some of my absolute favorites from the month of February. Scroll to the bottom of the page to shop some of my items!

The Bulletproof DietIf you follow me along on stories, you probably saw me mention this book. I have been reading it with zero desire to follow the diet (I cannot emphasize this enough), but more out of fascination by the Bulletproof Lifestyle. By no means do I think the Bulletproof Diet is for me, but rather I am intrigued by Dave Asprey and the research he provides. It's definitely a good read if you're into learning other nutrition perspectives.

GG's Scandinavian Bran CrispbreadI've talked about these fiber crackers on a bunch of my posts, but you guys always ask what I think of them. Let it be known...I LOVE THESE CRACKERS! They ARE bland, but in the best way possible. I smother them in peanut or almond butter, Fourth and Heart Vanilla Bean Ghee (which I'm addicted to, but haven't been eating this month since I've cut out dairy for my skin for the time being), cinnamon, sea salt and chia seeds. Seriously obsessed.

Adidas NEO Lite Racer: I purchased these sneakers last month after MONTHS of searching for the perfect black sneaker, and I think these are my saving grace. They are very comfortable, lightweight, and don't hurt my achilles (a problem I've had with all of the other sneakers I've tested since my legs aren't the same length lol). They were SUPER inexpensive since I bought them on Amazon, but they should last me a year or two.  I own these in black (with white soles)

Athleta Grandview Shell Jacket: My grandmother gave me this coat for Christmas, and I have been living in it thanks to this mild winter. I wanted to get a down alternative coat that was light weight, but warm enough for my daily walks. This piece has been excellent and is perfect paired with a sweater and scarf. I own it in black, size small.

Patagonia Better Sweater: I wear this underneath my Athleta jacket! The perfect pair! Yale gave it to me for my birthday, and it pretty much hasn't come off my body since. I got a men's medium and it's perfect. I don't like my jackets/sweaters to be tight or form-fitting. This fits perfectly and sits below the bum.  I own it in black, mens size medium.

Ice Facial Roller: Ok so I have only been using this WONDERFUL tool for a few days, but I am OBSESSED. It's essentially a freezer ice pack/jade roller all in one. My friend Allie (same name, hi friend!), introduced me to it a few weeks ago, and wowowow has it helped my menstrual migraines. I am also hoping it has similar benefits to a jade roller like improving blood circulation and skin tone, reducing puffiness, eliminating toxins, etc. Also great for massaging sore muscles around the neck and shoulders! Highly recommend this nifty tool.
