Happy June! I can't believe it's summer already and I am nearly 4.5 months away from our wedding! AH! It's been a whirlwind couple weeks, but I wanted to share my May favorites with you all! Below are some of the goodies I've been loving last month. Shop below! Enjoy! xx AM

Athleta Bali Linen Short: I purchased these on sale last month, and I have been LIVING in them ever since. I've been on a big linen kick this season. I love how effortless it is and these shorts are perfect for lounging in the summertime. I purchased them in black but also want to order the pink. Highly recommend. I think they run true to size. I also purchased the crop pant version. Super comfy and summery. Linked below. **I've also gone ahead and linked a similar, less expensive version of my shorts & pants below as well! I seriously love these styles, especially for summer.

Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen: If you watch my stories, you know I cut coffee from my routine for the month of May to help with my anxiety. While it was super difficult, still having matcha as my routine made it a tad easier. I am not a HUGE matcha fan, but I really enjoyed this matcha collagen from Vital Proteins. It isn't too grassy tasting and I've been mixing it with walnut milk which has been delicious. Still miss my coffee though.....

Aerolatte Frother: My morning matcha routine was made much more simple thanks to this handy device. Instead of pulling out my Vitamix, I could simply use this hand health frother to mix my warm water and matcha before adding ice. Essentially the lazy spoon/blender. Recommend for matcha or nut milk if you drink beverages warm and like foam on the top of your latte.

Ice Roller: I am sure everyone's sick of me talking about my dang ice rollers by now, but I can't begin to tell you how much they've helped with my anxiety. I've recently ordered a second stainless steel roller to ensure I always have a cold one on tap. I plan on traveling with one to Arizona in a few weeks.
