We LOVE cauliflower. It is such a versatile and delicious veggie. It's safe to say that no grocery run is complete without a head of cauli. That being said, it's definitely worth it to know how to cook it a variety of ways. Curried cauliflower is one of our favorite ways to consume this cruciferous veggie.
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp Muchi curry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Preheat the oven to 415F. Rinse the cauliflower under warm water and cut into florets. Put cauliflower into mixing bowl, and add all the ingredients. Toss the cauliflower florets around in the seasoning mixture until each piece is well coated. Put seasoned cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until desired crispiness has been achieved.
