This is one of my go-to smoothies. It is a perfect way to sneak veggies into your system early in the day. Have it for breakfast, or as an afternoon snack! Feel free to add protein powder or chia seeds! Typically, if I am having this for breakfast, I put cereal or granola in the bottom to add a little more substance or texture. It is DELICIOUS and healthy treat.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2-3/4 C frozen mango, peach, or pineapple (more or less depending on preference)
- 1-2 handfuls kale
- 1/2-1 C almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk, amount based on preference)
Optional Add Ins:
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Plant-based protein powder
- Bee pollen
- Maca powder
- Peanut butter
Prep: Blend in a high speed blender on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
