What is your zodiac sign? I’m a cancer baby, which totally makes sense; I love the water and grew up on the beach in SoCal. I am all about family and always enjoy a good hubby cuddle at home. 

Have you always focused on eating healthy, or has this been a lifestyle you've developed over time? I have been passionate about health and nutrition since I was in high school however, I feel my healthy lifestyle evolved over years. I don’t force healthy eating through restriction but instead look to enrich my plate at every meal, I don’t follow strict rules and I’m ultimately more healthy and balanced because of it. The diet books I read in high school and college didn’t allow for me to have a lifestyle nor did they account for my likes and dislikes. With the Fab Four, I get what my cells need at every meal without the rules. If that means I need a glass of wine, sweet potato fries or a dessert it isn’t a big deal that perpetuates poor choices. 

What does a day in the life of Kelly look like? If I can I start with a SoulCycle or yoga class and then enjoy a #fab4smoothie, normally a green one like my spa smoothie. Lunch is most likely a big salad and depending on my day I am either eating it in the car between house calls or at my kitchen table between Skype calls. Dinner is normally a warm fab four meal like my shrimp tacos, salmon and veggies or big whole chicken. Currently, I am loving a Sunday soup meal prep! 

You're a best selling book author, what inspired you to write your new book, "Body Love"? I wanted to help people I couldn't meet with personally change their lives and their relationship with food. I wanted to help people find the food freedom I personally found through the light structure of the Fab Four. 

For those that aren't familiar, what is the purpose of the Fab 4 SmoothieI created the Fab Four Smoothie formula to help my clients learn how to build a low sugar meal replacement smoothie. What is the biggest message you want to share through your platform? You don't need to eat perfectly to be healthy and healthy doesn't need to be hard! I want those who learn from me to have the freedom to focus on what life is really about friends, family and community. I want to infuse my followers with confidence and self love. I don't want them to waste a moment on worry or food anxiety.
